It’s back! Returning for the 5th year on the trot, Canary Wharf is mesmerising us again with dazzling installations from the most imaginative and innovative artists working with light today.
Although a little smaller than last year’s breathtaking display, there are still more than 20 installations dispersed to walk and find. Many of these artwork are responsive or interactive. There are volunteers to point you in the right direction and free maps to tickoff what you’ve seen / what you might have missed. My favourite installation can be found on Montgomery Square (number 17 on the map). One of the biggest and most popular judging by the numbr of people there!
My advice? Wrap up warm! There’s a fair bit of walking involved so you’ll out in the cold for long time. And bring your camera. Your phone just won’t do!
I highly recommend that you check it out! It’s free!
